REACH Statement

REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council entered into force on 1 June 2007 and applies to chemical substances manufactured in, or imported to the EU in annual quantities of 1 ton or more per company, unless the regulation indicates otherwise.

This statement is to certify that Contipro Group Holding intends to comply with all obligations under Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and to maintain the manufacture of all ingredients supplied by Contipro Group Holding companies.
